Open Positions:

Barista:

$18.00 per hour DOE

FT/Hours:

Weekend and holiday shifts are required.

No experience required

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Barista with Bakery Responsibilities. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with bakery operations, when necessary. An ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and baked goods, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. Both Full and Part-Time positions are available. Experience is preferred, but not required.  Weekend and holiday availability is required.


Cashier:

As a Cashier, you will be the face of our store, ensuring a smooth and pleasant checkout experience for our customers. You’ll handle transactions with accuracy and efficiency, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and provide exceptional service with a smile.

We are hiring both part-time and full-time employees starting at $18.00 per hour DOE.  FT employees receive a 100% employer-paid medical benefits package after 30 days of employment. All employees receive holiday pay and paid time off.  Evenings, weekends, and holiday availability are a must.  Premium pay is paid for evenings and weekend shifts ($3.00 more per hour).


Team Lead:

As a Team Lead Cashier, you will take on a key leadership role within the store. In addition to performing cashier duties, you will oversee the cashier team, manage the checkout area, and ensure smooth operations at the front end. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while supporting, coaching, and motivating your team.

We are hiring 2 full-time employees starting at $22.00 DOE.  FT employees receive a 100% employer-paid medical benefits package after 30 days of employment. All employees receive holiday pay and paid time off.  Evenings, weekends, and holiday availability are a must.  Premium pay is paid for evenings and weekend shifts ($3.00 more per hour).


Community Engagement Coordinator:

If you have an outgoing personality, are computer savvy, and are a detail-orientated person with strong organizational skills, this may be the position for you!

We’re looking for a Community Engagement Coordinator to connect with our customers, and bring our brand to life through exciting events, tastings, and in-store promotions. You’ll be the go-to person for all things fun, engaging, and community-focused!  

What You’ll Do: Plan and host events, promote products, coordinate with all departments, and assist with POS tag and signage support.

This is a full-time position with a starting range of $20-$27 DOE. Weekend/Holiday availability is a must.  FT employees receive a 100% employer-paid medical benefits package after 30 days of employment.
