Chicken Tortilla Soup (8 Points)

  • 4 boneless chicken breast halves
  • 2 15-oz can Black beans
  • 1 15-oz can Low-sodium Mexican stewed tomatoes
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 4 ounce Green chili
  • Baked tortilla chips
  • 2 cup Fat Free Cheese
  1. Combine all ingredients except chips and cheese in large slow cooker. Cover.
  2. Cook on low 8 hours. Just before serving, remove chicken breast and slice into bite-size pieces.
  3. Stir into soup. To serve, put a handful of chips in each individual soup bowl.
  4. Ladle soup over chips.
  5. Top with cheese..
