In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar and spices.
Pour over chicken.
While pushing out as much air as possible, seal bag.
Roll bag around a little to make sure the chicken is evenly coated.
Place bag in the fridge for at least 1 hour and up to 6hrs.
Otherwise place in the freezer for an easy freezer meal.
When ready to cook, thread chicken pieces on a skewer.
If using wooden ones, make sure you soak the skewers for 30 mins before threading chicken and cooking so they don’t catch fire on the grill or in the oven.
Grill chicken over medium high heat until cooked through (about 3 mins per side) or bake in an oven at 425F for 20-25 mins.
Make sure to rotate skewers half way through cooking.
