Royal Pecan Rice Stuffing

  • 1 cup Royal Blend® Texmati® Light Brown Rice with Quinoa
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup onion
  • 3/4 cup celery
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 cup toasted pecans
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  1. Prepare rice according to package directions. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, celery and poultry seasoning.
  3. Saute until tender, about 5 minutes. Combine rice, onion mixture, pecans, parsley and salt and pepper..
