Cantaloupe Sorbet

Awesome on a hot summer day

  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 3 cup Canteloupe
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  1. Bring sugar and water to boil, boil 2 min.
  2. Cool slightly.
  3. Puree cantaloupe and lemon juice in processor or blender, pour in syrup.
  4. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions..
