Cheese Fondue

  • 8 ounces Sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces Swiss chesse
  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 can Beer
  • 1 dash Tabasco
  • French bread
  1. Mix all ingredients except bread and melt.
  2. Put in fondue pot and dip bread into fondue.
