CABERNET SAUVIGNON

Tasting Notes
Ripe currant, leather and black pepper layer with flavors of fresh boysenberries and red fruits, wrapped up in bold mouthwatering structure. Sweet oak notes and rich coffee tones round out the finish. This big wine with well-supported tannins can be enjoyed early but will cellar for years to come. Pair with red meat and marinara dishes.

CHARDONNAY

Tasting Notes
Aromatics and flavors of green apple and key lime introduce spice and melon-driven flavors mid palate. A finish of vanillins and dried apple notes with a nicely weighted viscosity are balanced by alcohol, leaving only a faint illusion of sweetness.

MELANGE FOUNDER’S RED BLEND

MERLOT

Tasting Notes
Distinct aromas of black plums and fresh tobacco leaf are followed by spicy cocoa notes, medium tannins and a long, silky finish of dark fruit and coffee.

PINOT GRIS

Tasting Notes
Asian pear and melon aromatics are followed by flavors of kiwi with a little mint. Wet stone notes and crisp acidity round out the finish. Pair with chicken dishes, Chinese noodles or any food that is light and not too spicy.
